Product Information
1. The size is 110cm long * 110cm wide. The flat plate can be used on both sides and inserted in four directions. It has a dynamic load of 1.5 tons and a static load of 5 tons. The color is orange. The raw material is low-pressure high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pure raw material (no pungent odor, non-toxic and harmless gas emission). The materials used must be corrosion-resistant, no recycled materials, and steel pipes must not be used for reinforcement. It is required to be strong and durable. The warranty period is 3 years. During the warranty period, damage caused by quality problems will be replaced free of charge at the ratio of 1 damaged pallet to 1 new pallet. If the shelf life is exceeded or damaged due to operational problems, free replacement will be given at the ratio of 3 damaged pallets to 1 new pallet. The replacement freight is borne by the manufacturer. If it does not meet the requirements, Yisheng Petrochemical has the right to request a return or exchange.
2. The technical standards for pallets refer to the requirements in the national standard GB/T15234-2007.
3. The pallet acceptance requirements meet the GB2934-82 intermodal flat pallet size series.
4. Tray operating temperature range: The tray is normally used within the temperature range of -40°C to +60°C.
5.Appearance: The surface of the pallet should be smooth and free of flashes, cracks and deformations that affect the use, and there should be no obvious color difference on a single pallet, and the color of the same batch of products should be the same.
